Having identified what you are trying to achieve we will begin by giving you an overview of the solution we propose. We will then move on to more detailed demonstrations designed to reassure you that the solution can meet your needs.

Once we are all agreed on the way forward we will produce a scoping document specific to you, which concisely and precisely details your exact requirements and how we propose to meet them. This approach is designed to ensure that you get what you want, and that we deliver it, on time and to budget.

Every step of the way you will be working with people on whom you can rely to provide the skills and expertise you need. With our highly talented team of more than fifty people, we have the largest in house team of Sage Accpac and Sage ERP X3 consultants, people who bring with them a wealth of experience in their respective product sets.

Managing your project successfully

Whichever product set is best for you, you will be supported by a dedicated project team, led by a project manager, with skills specific to your chosen solution. Our project management methodology is based on PRINCE2, the internationally recognised standard for project management.

Offering a structured and scalable approach to IT projects, PRINCE2 emphasises the importance of dividing projects into controlled and manageable stages and phases. We use it because it offers a structured, consistent, and proven approach to successful implementations.

In addition, to meet the international requirements of our customers, our team of consultants spans the globe. As well as making it possible for us to go wherever our clients need us to, we believe that having colleagues from a variety of different business backgrounds and cultures also has the benefit of giving us deeper insights into customers’ needs, enhancing our relationships with them further.

Training designed around you

When you have a new solution, you need to understand how to make it work for you, which is why we use our extensive experience to create high quality, effective training tailored to your needs. After all, the more you know, the more you will get out of your investment.

Your courses will be presented in a clear, jargon-free, easy to understand way. Coupled with trainers and tutors that are continually reviewed and regularly revised course content, you can be sure everything you are taught is up to date with the all latest developments.

Supporting you every step of the way

We believe that implementing a new solution is only the beginning. The after sales services that we provide are arguably more important, as without the skills and experience necessary to make your new solution work for you, day in day out, you’re unlikely to get the best out of your investment.

With our dedicated customer care personnel and account management teams, one focused purely on hardware and infrastructure and the other on our Sage portfolio, you can be assured of getting the best possible support every step of the way.

Support is about far more than simply answering your queries should you have a problem, although we will, of course, do that. Our dedicated help-desk will provide you with unlimited support through a team of fully accredited, multi-disciplined product and technical specialists.

With a service level agreement built around your needs, we can also provide a remote support package that keeps response times to an absolute minimum, while providing you with the highest level of service.

In addition our after sales services team aims to help you maximise cost savings, free up your staff to focus on mission critical functions, ensure you have easy access to the latest and best technologies, and improve your security and flexibility.
